Great information, I've had to explain this a lot to people myself. A lot of people are baffled by the fact that I'm a Christian author and yet most of my writing contains things Christians are "supposed" to be against. Progressive people are cautious around me, fellow Christians question if I'm even a believer, as apparently I am supposed to be going on a censorship crusade...

When I ask for people to respect my choices and views, of course I'd extend the same to everyone. Baphomet statues included!

The solution is simple, and pointed to by the author's final paragraph: governments should not get involved in holiday displays: this should be left to private individuals and institutions, and displayed on private property. The Baphomet people can put up their statues on property owned or rented by them, and there will be no need for pointless disputes of the sort chronicled here.
