The people who perceive AI's word as absolute truth are the same people who need ingredients lists on water lol.

I think there's a happy middle ground where the government can restrict the use of AI for nefarious purposes while also allowing for open use. What're your thoughts on putting an age limit for use of these open AI chatbots?

Hear, hear! The government wants to stick its nose into EVERYTHING, and to treat everyone as a delicate flower, the better to make us docile and dependent. Especially pernicious is the notion that if anyone, anywhere, is offended and starts crying, something must be done to the person "responsible"!

The government seems to be particularly desperate to get its hands on AI, not to use it but to control how we the people use it. Any such attempts should be resisted and if necessary flouted. A free people do not ask for permission before employing a useful tool.
