If the details are murky, why are you claiming it’s a free speech tariff? How about we wait for the details to be clarified before getting on your high horse.

Cmon FiRE. I donate a few hundred bucks every year. I expect better.

Please stop trying to make everything into a free speech issue. The question of tariffs on movies has nothing to do with free speech. If Trump puts tariffs on foreign cars, is that a free speech issue? His rationale for the tariffs on the film is that they are foreign made. People have been debating and complaining about foreign production of films for some time (production fleeing America for cheaper overseas labor and tax credits). Whether or not this a wise policy is up for debate, but claiming illegal immigration, tariffs, and criminal justice are all simply free speech issues isn't very compelling.
